Scrumptious Saturday - Salmon

This Honey Ginger Grilled Salmon recipe is on my list to make. 

Don't laugh at me.

I've NEVER made fish before. 

Matt doesn't like it and it's expensive, so I've never attempted it but even through is sarcastic "I'm just not a fish guy" grumbles, I'm going to try it. 

It looks so good!

  1. leftover grilled salmon is AMAZING in scrambled eggs or omlets the next day. or even cold on crisp green salad. Sometimes I make salmon just to use the leftovers!
