Tips and Hints Tuesday - Cupcakes

Do you have a turkey baster?

I don't, but if I did, I just thought of an INSANELY good idea!

I have a pet peeve. When I make cupcakes, I can't stand when the batter drips down the sides.

If you have a turkey baster, you could use it to squirt the batter directly into the muffin tin.

SHA-ZAM!

Good idea huh?

  1. an ice cream scoop (one with a lever) also works well. i use a small one for cookie dough and a large one for filling muffin tins/cupcakes. I love the ones I got from Pampered Chef. They're a bit spendy, but sooooo handy.
