Tips and Hints Tuesday - Sinking Chips

Have you ever made any type of bread or cake with chocolate chips only to find them all sunk to the bottom when you pull it out of the oven?

Here's a tip to stop this from happening.

Mix the chocolate chips in with your dry ingredients before adding them to the wet ingredients.

Coating them this way stops them from sinking to the bottom of whatever you're making!

It works!
