Wellness Wednesday - Little Ways To Take Off The Pounds

I love Real Simple Magazine. It's kind of expensive and my subscription ran out, so I visit them online sometimes.

While browsing, I happened across 20 little things you can do to drop a few pounds.

A lot of times these things seem like common sense, and undoable.
