Scrumptious Saturday - Banana Peanut Butter Smoothie

I altered this recipe from Good House Keeping Magazine. It's delicious and about 165 calories, 6g protein, 4 grams of fat, 2 grams of fiber per serving!

Ingredients:

1 large banana broken up
3/4c - 1 c skim milk
1tbsp creamy peanut butter
4 ice cubes

Mix in a blender. Consume (serves two).

Call me and tell me how much it tastes like a milkshake, how full it made your belly, and how wonderful I am.

Hannah even loves to have them for breakfast too!!
