It drive me nuts when I'm measuring honey or peanut butter and I have to scrape it out of the container. So much sticky stuff is left in the cup, and that just doesn't work from me when I'm baking. I'm an "exact measurer" type of baker!
Here's a tip for you. Before measuring our your sticky stuff, spray your measuring cup with cooking spray. Voila! Not more sticky! All of your substance will dump out directly into your mixing bowl where it belongs and little not not residue is left behind!
