- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 1/4 cup homemade almond butter (or nut butter of your choice) - You can omit the nut butter and increase the oil to 1/2 cup.
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
- pinch salt
- 1 1/2 c Better Batter Gluten Free Flour
Mix the flour, salt, and baking soda in another bowl and fold into the liquid mixture.
Spoon the mixture into muffin tins and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
