Meal Plan

Here's what the Terebessy's are eating this week:

Everything listed has been adapted to be gluten and dairy free! If you have substitution questions, ASK!

Breakfast:
Peanut Butter Oatmeal Energy Bites (I used gluten free oats, dairy free chocolate chips) 70 calories in one, makes 34.

Apple Cinnamon Coconut Flour Muffins 200 calories in 1 muffin. Makes 12
Fruit




Lunch:
BBQ Chicken Quinoa Salad (I used SO delicious plain dairy free yogurt)
Nitrate Free Ham/DF Cheddar slices on wraps or crackers
Salads
PB & J

Dinner
Baked Lemon Thyme Chicken, GF Noodles, Roasted Broccoli
Crock Pot Mongolian Beef with brown rice, peas
Pulled Pork Stuffed sweet Potatoes & Salad

We eat leftovers for dinner every other day.
